After weeks of searching for someone who could properly diagnose and repair my Carrier reefer unit, I finally brought it to PA Truck Center. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it when other shops could not. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and treated my situation with urgency. I am extremely grateful to finally have my reefer working again. These guys truly know what they are doing. I would confidently recommend PA Truck Center to any truck owner who needs dependable and skilled repair work. Five-star service!

Don't trust anyone at the truck stop mechanic. I had to get my truck aligned and I called them and before calling them I had confirmed with them that there is no truck ahead of me. They had said no one But I have been waiting for almost an hour. They have not called me or called me. They are wasting my time. They are trying to trap you by coming here.

I want to share my extremely negative experience so that other drivers and truck owners don’t fall into the same trap. I came to this shop with a specific problem — they promised to fix everything quickly and professionally, claiming they knew exactly what needed to be done. In the end, it turned out to be nothing but lies. First of all, after they took the money for the so-called “repair” and “parts,” it became clear that nothing was actually done. The truck still had the same problem as before. Every time I tried to contact them, they always had an excuse — “the mechanic is busy,” “it’ll be ready tomorrow,” or “we’re almost done.” This went on for weeks. Secondly, after several failed attempts to get any real result, it became obvious that their goal was simply to take the money, not to fix the truck. When you start asking questions or request a refund, they either get rude, hang up the phone, or completely ignore you. It’s really disappointing that in this day and age, there are still dishonest services like this one that take advantage of people’s trust. So this is a clear warning — do NOT go to this place!
